Which social platforms does Feedsly support?
Feedsly currently supports Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You can also collect tagged posts as UGC and request permission to reuse them on your site.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Pick a widget, choose your source, and copy a one-line embed snippet. It works on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, or any site where you can paste a snippet.
Can I customize the look of my widgets?
Yes. Colors, fonts, spacing, hover behavior, card shape, and caption display are all configurable in the theme editor. Pro plans support full CSS overrides.
How does UGC rights management work?
Send a templated permission request directly from the dashboard. When the creator approves, the post is tagged with rights metadata and unlocked for use across your widgets and ads.
Will Feedsly slow down my website?
No. Widgets are lazy-loaded and served from a global edge cache, so most embeds add only a few milliseconds to your page load.
What happens after my free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial is a full Pro trial. When it ends, your account automatically continues on the Pro plan so nothing stops working and your widgets stay live. Want a different plan, or none at all? Just switch or cancel from your billing settings before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
