By accessing or using Feedsly you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Feedsly is a tool that collects and displays publicly available social media content on your website via embeddable widgets. Feedsly acts solely as a conduit for content that you choose to connect and display; we do not create, own, endorse, or verify that content.
You may only connect social media accounts and sources that you own, operate, or for which you have obtained explicit authorization from the rightful owner. By connecting any account or source, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the owner of that account or have the owner's express permission to connect and display its content; and (b) your collection and display of that content complies with the terms of service, policies, and applicable rate limits of the relevant platform, including but not limited to Instagram/Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Feedsly does not and cannot verify account ownership. You are solely responsible for any account or source you connect, and you accept full responsibility for connecting only accounts you are authorized to use. Connecting accounts you do not own or lack permission to use is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you collect, display, or repurpose through Feedsly — including obtaining permission from creators, rights-holders, and individuals featured in that content where required. Feedsly is not responsible for any content you choose to display or for your failure to obtain such rights.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Trials convert to the applicable paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use Feedsly to: display unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; connect accounts you do not own or have permission to use; violate the terms or policies of any third-party platform; or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feedsly and its operators from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: the content you connect or display; your connection of any account or source you do not own or lack permission to use; or your breach of these Terms or any third-party platform's terms.
Feedsly is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedsly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content displayed through the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have connected accounts you do not own, violated a platform's terms, or breached these Terms.
